The Equivalence Principle (EP) elevates special relativity to general relativity. All local matter identically vacuum free falls along parallel-displaced minimum action trajectories. No observable causes measurable divergence.

Massless boson photons detect no vacuum refraction, dispersion, dissipation, dichroism, or gyrotropy. Postulate contingent vacuum symmetries are exactly true for fermionic matter (quarks, hadrons). Parity violations, symmetry breakings, chiral anomalies, baryogenesis, Chern-Simons repair of Einstein-Hilbert action are vacuum chiral anisotropy active only toward hadrons.

Noether's theorems couple exact vacuum isotropy with angular momentum conservation. Vacuum chiral anisotropy leaks Milgrom acceleration. Dark matter curve-fits the Tully-Fisher relation.

Opposite shoes within chiral vacuum (a left foot) have non-identical minimum action trajectories (EP violation). Crystallographic opposite shoes are visually and chemically identical, single crystal test masses in enantiomorphic space groups, P3(1)21 versus P3(2)21 αlpha-quartz, P3(1) versus P3(2) gamma-glycine. Eötvös experiments are 5×10^(-14) difference/average sensitive, http://arxiv.org/abs/1207.2442 . Load 40 grams total αlpha-quartz as 4 versus 4 single crystal test masses (opposite vertical squares, page 7 apparatus picture in link). Compare 6.68×10^22 opposite shoe pairs (9-atom, 0.113 nm^3 enantiomorphic unit cells).

Measurably violate the Equivalence Principle at will, sourcing empirical failures of quantum gravitation theories.
