Resume update suggester to improve job description similarity match

Job application resumes are now being filtered by programs. The filter is based on a similarity match of resume to the job description. An alternative preprocessing program could instead suggest updates that could be made to resume so that similarity measure with respect to the job profile may increase, increasing chances of written test/interview call.
